In just 130 years, its population surged from 65,000 to 12 million, with nearly 24 million in the greater metropolitan area. However, this rapid growth has strained infrastructure, natural resources, and public green spaces, significantly impacting the city's quality of life.

To secure a sustainable future for cities like São Paulo, it's crucial to implement eco-friendly strategies at every scale and stage, restoring balance between the built and natural environments and reducing the overall carbon footprint. This project embraces these principles.

Moreover, these strategies can also aim to enrich people’s lives, creating inspiring and memorable experiences. Beyond merely integrating gardens into its façade, the building employs various elements to create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow, movement, and scale. This see-through filter not only reduces solar gain but significantly enhances guests and residents' quality of life, amplifying their "living gain."
