Twenty minutes from the heart of Lisbon, the project reawakens and repositions an existing development within a broader vision of wellbeing, seeking a balance between the energy of the city and the quiet immersion of Portugal’s inland landscape.

Developed as part of the YOO by Starck portfolio, the project is shaped through a close collaboration between Philippe Starck and Colucci&Co.

Rooted in the country’s natural beauty and cultural richness, the concept responds to a growing international desire to experience Portugal more deeply, through a way of life that is freer, more flexible and less dependent on a fixed location.

As part of this process, a new concept for the residences, shared amenities and wellness oriented programmes will unfold across the site. Together, they create moments of encounter, contemplation, movement and discovery. Within this context, our role was to shape the architecture of selected elements, exploring how these ideas could take form within the project’s wider framework.

Local craftsmanship, materials and Portuguese art are not used as references to be displayed, but as active elements that inform the architecture and the experiences it creates. Together, they reveal a more conscious relationship with place, transforming the development into a renewed destination, attuned to new ways of living and more resilient futures.
